Our Team

PureNest Pediatrics was founded by Nicole Geraty, FNP, a registered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 15 years of extensive experience in various pediatric settings including emergency and outpatients, mother-baby units, and neonatal intensive care units (NICU) in our nation's leading hospitals, as well as urgent care centers, and Maryland-based private practices.  

As a Maryland native and mother of three, Nicole understands how hard it can be to juggle everyday life plus a child feeling under the weather. She founded PureNest to make life easier for families and enable access to care in your own home and on your own schedule. 

Nicole is passionate about her patients and their families. She believes that enabling healthy foundations is crucial for babies to grow into healthy children, children to grow into healthy teenagers, and teenagers to grow into thriving young adults. She is committed to promoting healthy outcomes from prenatal to young adulthood and beyond.
