Changes can be viewed in the schedule when making an appointment, but hours are normally: 

Monday: 9am - 2pm/6pm - 8pm

Tuesday: 7am - 2pm

Wednesday: 9am - 2pm

Thursday: 7am - 2pm/6pm - 8pm

Friday: 9am - 2pm

Saturday: 7am - 11am 

Sunday: 1pm - 7pm 

Telemed/After hours: 7pm - 10pm T/W/Sat/Sun

Payment:

Flat fee appointment costs are due at time of booking (this fee does not include any recommended testing administered during appointment). Pure Nest Pediatrics uses CarePatron, an online medical software management platform in conjunction with Stripe to process payments. Please note that the payment platform charges 2.9% + 60¢ for card payments and 1.9% + 60¢ for ACH payments. We are happy to accept your HSA card for payment. 

Insurance:

Pure Nest Pediatrics is considered an Out of Network provider and does not participate with insurance. HOWEVER, many insurance plans have Out of Network provider coverage. We will gladly provide you with an insurance reimbursement superbill. This will include all proper codes for submitting a request directly to insurance providers for reimbursement for services rendered or necessary pediatric/lactation products.

To help determine what your insurance company will cover, you may want to ask your insurance company:

• Do I have an out-of-network benefit if I see an out-of-network provider for care in my home or as an office visit?

• Do I have a deductible or co-pay for out-of-network services?

• Do I need a pre-authorization for out-of-network services?

• How many sessions will the insurance company authorize before a treatment plan is required?

The client is responsible for paying for any consultation services or products, on the day services are rendered, regardless of the insurance policy or likelihood of reimbursement.
